Office Cleaning Services in Las Vegas
Recurring janitorial service that keeps your workspace clean, healthy, and presentable — for the people who work there every day and the clients who visit. Scheduled around your hours, delivered by the same vetted crew each visit.
What Actually Goes Wrong With Office Cleaning
Almost nobody switches cleaning companies because of a single bad night. They switch because the standard drifts. The first month is excellent, then the crew changes, then the corners start getting skipped, and six months later the office is visibly worse than it was — without any one moment you could point at.
The cause is nearly always the same: no written scope and no crew consistency. If nobody has agreed exactly what gets cleaned and how often, then "clean" becomes whatever the person on shift decides it means that night. We fix that with a documented scope and the same people on your account.
How We Deliver Office Cleaning
A written scope
Exactly what gets cleaned, at what frequency, agreed before we start. No ambiguity, no drift.
The same crew
Consistent, vetted people on your account so standards hold and nothing has to be re-explained.
After-hours by default
Evenings, early mornings, or weekends. Cleaning should never cost you working hours.

How Often Should an Office Be Cleaned?
The honest answer depends on headcount and traffic rather than square footage. A ten-person office where everyone is in four days a week has a very different load from a ten-person office that hosts clients daily.
As a rough guide: under 15 staff usually works well on two or three visits a week; 15 to 50 staff generally needs nightly service to keep restrooms and break rooms in acceptable condition; anything client-facing benefits from nightly regardless of headcount, because the lobby and conference room have to be right every morning, not most mornings.
Daily Service vs. Periodic Deep Work
A good office programme has two layers. The recurring visit handles the surfaces that degrade daily — restrooms, floors, trash, high-touch points. The periodic layer handles what daily cleaning cannot: carpet extraction, hard-floor refinishing, high-dusting of vents and light fixtures, and interior window detailing.
Keeping these separate is what stops the heavy work from quietly never happening. We schedule the periodic items on a fixed rotation — typically quarterly — so they are budgeted and booked rather than deferred indefinitely. See deep cleaning and carpet cleaning for what that layer covers.
The Desk Policy Question
Every office has to decide this one: do cleaners wipe desks, or clean around them? There is no universally right answer, but there is a wrong one — leaving it unstated.
Our default is to clean around personal items and paperwork and never move or handle documents. If you want desk surfaces genuinely wiped, the practical solution is a clear-desk expectation at end of day, which we will note in the scope. In sensitive environments like law firms and financial offices the no-touch policy is absolute.

Office Cleaning FAQs
Pricing follows square footage, scope, and frequency. Small offices on a weekly schedule commonly sit in the low hundreds per month; larger nightly accounts run considerably higher. We walk the space and give you a flat written price — see our cost guide for a fuller breakdown.
No. Most clients choose a recurring agreement because it locks in pricing and scheduling, but there is no long lock-in requirement to get started.
We can, but we rarely recommend it. After-hours service is quieter, faster, and lets us do a genuinely thorough job. Day-porter service during business hours is available where a facility needs mid-day restroom and common-area resets.
Yes. Commercial-grade equipment and all cleaning products are included. If your business requires specific approved products, we will work to that list.
